This is the MSWord Template that drives the report generator. It is installed in the default MS Word user-templates folder. Please read the notes regarding anti-virus protection for Word Templates as this may prevent the Job Safety Report Generator™ from running.

By default, the application is installed in C:\Program Files\Job Safety Report Generator

In the main folder you will find

• End User License Agreement
• Readme file
• Help files
• User-defined report definition files (*.JSR)
• User defined hazard data user-hazard-data.dat
• The clip art images folder

The images folder contains all the clip art used by the Generator. If you select your own clip art for user-defined hazards, the clip art image is copied here.
