This configuration file is installed in the Windows folder. The following table explains the meaning of the file settings. They are normally maintained by the Job Safety Report Generator™, but you can edit the file yourself if you know what you are doing!

The [Paths] section records the installation folder and the template folder for your information.

The ClipArtFolder is used as a starting point for user-defined hazards.

The [Registration] section contains useful information which can be quoted if you require support

The [Default] section shows the default company information and clip art option for newly created reports. The "PictureHeight" option sets the default height for clip art - the width is scaled automatically.

The [Options] section records the language format for dates, the Find dialog preferences and the last viewed main dialog tab.

[DefaultClipArtImages]
h001=h001.gif

This section is for advanced users only! Version 1.0 of the Job Safety Report generator does NOT have an interface to allow you to change the predefined clip art images.

However, you can copy your own clip art into the images folder and then set a DefaultClipArtImages option to override the image for a particular named hazard (e.g. hazard h001 uses h001.gif as its clip art)
