Opening an Existing Report

When you open an existing report (*.DOC) the settings that you originally selected to generate the report are stored in hidden fields in the report.

When you open the report generator main dialog, you will see these settings. Note that it may take a few seconds to display the main dialog when the report is long.

BEWARE if you regenerate an existing report, all the changes you made to the original report will be overwritten.
