How to Create a New Report

When you installed Job Safety Report Generator™, a Word template (JobSafetyReporter.dot) was installed into the "User templates" folder for your particular Word installation.

• From Word's main menu, select File | New and click on the template "JobSafetyReporter.dot".
• A new blank document will be created and the Job Safety Report Generator dialog will appear.
• An additional toolbar will also appear:
  
• And an extra option will appear on Word's main menu bar:
  
• To display the main dialog at any time :

• click the "Job Safety Report Generator" toolbar button
• press Ctrl-m or Alt-m
• select JobSafety Report | Show Main Dialog from the new drop-down menu item

• To view this help file

• click the yellow "question mark" toolbar button
• press Ctrl-[F1] (control + function key 1)
• select JobSafety Report | Help from the new drop-down menu item

• To view current version information

• click the white "speech bubble" toolbar button
• select JobSafety Report | About from the new drop-down menu item
