Company Details Tab

This tab is used to define the header and footer information that appears on the generated report. By default, the current date and user information entered during installation are used, although you can change these and optionally reset the defaults.

Company Name

This is the company name that appears at the top of all generated reports. The default value was entered when you installed the report generator. If you change this, it will be stored with this report document.

Assessor's Name

This is the report author's name that appears at the top of all generated reports. The default value was entered when you installed the report generator. If you change this, it will be stored with this report document.

Use clip-art in the Report

This option will automatically insert the clip art with each hazard in the report. UNCHECK the box to suppress using clip art. The default value is checked. If you change it, then this is stored with the generated report although the default is not affected.

Clip art files are stored in the IMAGES folder of the report generator installation path.

Report Date

By default the date shown on the generated report is today's date. If you change it, the new date will be stored with the generated report and calculated review dates will be based on what you enter.

The format for dates is UK (DD/MM/YYYY) and US (MM/DD/YYYY) but this may differ for your PC's International settings.

Review Period

Use this to set the review dates at regular intervals, based on the current Report Date.

Review Dates

These appear on the report. You can set them manually or calculate them from the current Report Date using the Review Period selector.

Defaults

This sets the program default values for Company Name, Assessor Name and Use Clip Art. If you click the "Use Current Values" button, the values are copied from the main dialog. When you have entered different values to those on the main dialog, you will be asked if you wish to apply the new defaults to the existing report.
